We do not accept general returns, as all products are made to order.
Returns are only applicable in the case of damaged or defective items and must be approved by our support team before sending the product back.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
If a damaged product qualifies for a refund:
70% of the product value will be refunded (excluding delivery charges).
If delivery charges were already paid by the customer, then only delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are not available for customized products unless they are damaged upon delivery.
Refunds, once approved, may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges are offered only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
No cancellations or “change of mind” requests will be accepted due to the customized nature of our products.
If the product is damaged after use, the customer must resend the product for inspection.
In such cases, all shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
